Ingredients and spices that need to be Take to make Lauki kheer:
- 1 Cup grated dudhi
- 2 tbs fine semolina
- 2 tbs ghee
- 2 cups milk (approx)
- 1/2 cup sugar (can use more)
- As needed Mixed dryfruits for garnishing
- 2 tbsp rose syrup or 1 tsp beet root powder for the flavor
- as required Dry Fruits for garnishing
Steps to make to make Lauki kheer
- Peel bottle guard and grate it


- In a pan heat ghee and roast suji or rava for couple of minutes.

- Then add milk,stir well cover with the lid and let it cook for 5 minutes on low flame.

- Add sugar and cook it until mixtur thickens. It will thicken more once it cools down,so monitor the consistency of kheer.Then add rose flavor or beet root powder,add 1 tsp ghee and mix well.Kheer is ready.


- If you want kheer to br more creamy then add kaju powder or paste.to the mixture.
