- 1/2 Pc.Green Capsicum
- 1/2 pc.Yellow Capsicum
- 1/2 pc.Red Capsicum
- 1 pc.Carrot

- 1/2 Cup.Spring Onion
- 1/2 Cup.Coriander
- 1 tsp.Garlic paste 1
- 1 tsp.Green Chilli Paste
- 1 tsp.Garam masala
- 1 tsp.Dry Mango Powder
- 1/2 tsp.Chaat masala
- Salt to taste
- 1/8 tsp.Turmeric powder
- 1 tsp.Red chilli powder
- 1 tbsp.Schezwan Sauce
- 1/4 Cup Grated paneer
- Ghee to Roast
- 1 tbsp.Mayonese
- 1 tbsp.Butter
- Mayonese ketchup Coriander Grated cheese beetroot for garnishing
- Ketchup Mayonese Mint Coriander chutney to serve
Steps to make to make Raja Rani Paratha
- Mix wheat flour and rawa in a paraat.Add cumin seeds oil salt and mix well. Knead a soft dough.Cover and Leave it for 10-15min.
- For Stuffing:- Mix boil and grate potatoes grated carrot grated paneer finely chopped bell peppers cabbage onion coriander spring onion garlic paste green chilli paste. Mix Schwaan Sauce
Add salt chaat masala turmeric powder red chilli powder garam masala Dry mango powder.Mix it well.


- Now make a balls from dough. And make a midium size balls from stuffing.
Roll a roti and place it stuffing ball in a middle.And roll paratha.


- Roast on a tawa with ghee.
Now take a butter on a same tawa and roast stuffing masala.Add mayonese and saute.properly.till it merged.


- Take paratha in a serving plate. Spread stuffing mayonese mixture properly. And cut in to pieces. Grate carrot beet root grate cheese and sprinkle coriander chaat masala.
Garnish with ketchup and mayonese.
